Lunch with a friend

do you ever have one of those conversations that happens by accident but it completely makes your day? That was today. I had just a normal lunch "hey let's get together" with a friend today and we ended talking very open and honestly about what we have really been walking through. The stuff you don't tell people. Ugh..,, that sounds so grown up and dark lol. It was good. I left feeling all warm and fuzzy. I hope she did too. So now I'm on to tomorrow. Gonna challenge myself.........tomorrow I will do some form of exercise, no matter what! And I will make someone's day brighter, somehow. I will let you know how that goes 😊
